Description
- FRESH - we use only the freshest ingredients to create the perfect balance of comforting chicken and fresh vegetables
- HEALTHY - our soup mix products are healthy using all natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives.
- SIMPLE - we want our soup mixes to be as easy to make as possible. Brown 1.5 lbs of ground beef or turkey (canned chicken works well too) and drain well. In a large pot, heat 5 cups of water to boiling; add vegetables. Lower heat; add spices, on 14 oz can of diced tomatoes and green chillies (for milder soup only add a can of tomatoes) and meat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add strips of tortillas and grated cheese. Serves 8
