Riptide steps up to the rigors of saltwater and never backs down. Where lesser motors fold their tents and head home under pressure, Riptide brings it day after day. You simply cannot find a trolling motor better suited to give saltwater the ultimate staredown. This motor incorporates a new quick-lock cam depth adjuster to easily and securely set the depth adjustment on your motor. The new riptide hand control gives you the best of both worlds with its new Tilt/Extend Tiller handle. It can both tilt (up to 45 degrees) and extend (up to 6") to adjust to any situation and any style of fishing. The Digital Maximizer works by controlling the draw of power at variable speeds. It eliminates wasted energy, extends battery life and gives you more time on the water. This unit utilizes 24 volts to put 80lbs of thrust at the end of a 42" shaft
