  • Minor’s Beef Base is made from freshly roasted cuts of beef with no preservatives or artificial flavors. (Beef Base)
  • Minor's Chicken Base is made from freshly cooked light and dark chicken meat and natural juices. (Chicken Base)
  • No artificial flavors and no preservatives in both beef and chicken bases.
  • Suggested uses for both bases: Soups, Sauces, Rubs, Marinades and Salads. To make stock, add 1 Tbsp base + 1 Quart water.
  • Ready-to-eat. Use in hot and cold dishes without cooking. Refrigerate both bases for optimum flavor.
