Minor's Lobster Base No Added MSG includes tenderly cooked North Atlantic lobster that accents the natural freshly cooked lobster flavor in everything from quiche, salads and pates to mousse, spreads or dips. Use to boost the flavor in Lobster Thermidor, Newburg, bisque and pasta sauces. Combine with salt-free butter and serve as a dipping sauce or compound butter.

Ingredients: SautÃ©ed lobster and natural lobster stock, salt, autolyzed yeast extract, maltodextrin, lobster tomalley, sugar, water, corn oil, butter (cream, lactic acid), tomato paste, potato flakes, 2% or less of onion powder, disodium inosinate/disodium guanylate, cod liver oil, extractives of paprika, natural flavors, dried garlic, soy lecithin, lobster extract, spices, modified tapioca starch, lactic acid. *NO MSG other than that which naturally occurs in the autolyzed yeast extract and hydrolyzed proteins.
