In South Jersey, the day before Halloween has a magic all its own. Mischief Night is usually celebrated by toilet-papering a neighbor's lawn or other similar pranks.

Michelle Andersen has lucked out this Mischief Night. For an entire month, she's had a plum house-sitting gig for a hockey star who's out of town. She decides to celebrate the special evening by having some friends over to the opulent house for a wine party. So when she's had just a bit too much to drink and the girls dare her to knock on the neighbor's door, she goes along with it.

Little does she know that the mysterious neighbor has some mischief up his own sleeve...and he's got company.
