Description

  • IBC TANK AGITATOR: Available in three models - large three-cylinder motor (1/2HP, 0-2500RPM), five-cylinder motor (3/4HP, 0-1900RPM), and large five-cylinder motor (1HP, 0-1300RPM) with a mixing capacity of up to 1000 liters.
  • STAINLESS STEEL ROD & BLADE: The air agitator mixer comes with two folding propellers and a stainless steel shaft. The blades close when not in use and rapidly expand during agitation due to centrifugal force for effective mixing. It has an inner hole diameter of 15mm and an unexpanded impeller diameter of 50mm, making it ideal for smaller barrel openings.
  • WIDE APPLICATION: This pneumatic agitator is perfect for mixing paint during spraying operations, as well as for blending paint, mud, and cement slurry. It's widely utilized in food processing, aerospace manufacturing, medical, and other related industries.
  • POWERFUL AIR MOTOR: This pneumatic paint shaker features a robust air motor designed for exceptional power, durability, and longevity. It ensures consistent mixing, equipped with an anti-corrosion all-copper air inlet valve that can withstand tough industrial conditions.
  • IBC MOUNTING: The agitator is securely attached to the IBC tank using quick screw fixings, side fixing buttons, and adjustable horizontal plates (72-120 cm). This ensures a stable fit during vigorous mixing, enhancing the overall mixing experience.
