- EASY TO USE - Holds up to 2” straps through the roller. The strap roller can be rotated 360 degrees and moved 90 degrees back and forth. The swivel hook directs the strap away from your cargo and runs it close to the floor and parallel to the E-Track, or moves the ratchet out from under your vehicle so you can easily tighten the strap.
