Each batch is mixed by hand. Unlike most teas which contain tea dust, Mrs. Patel's tea features whole seeds and spices, the highest quality herbs and extra-potent reusable servings. An excellent cost value and great for those who enjoy making tea. Each pouch is a 14-day supply, makes up to 42 cups; we recommend drinking 1-3 cups per day. Add 1 cup of boiling water to 4 heaping tablespoons of tea. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain leaves. Add cream and sweetener to taste. Reuse leaves 2x more. Can be steeped like tea or made like coffee in a french press, coffee maker or even in a Keurig.
