- Our Mulling Spices Blend is ideal for making Hot Spiced Apple Cider, Mulled Wines, spiced beer, and much more! It is a perfect blend of cinnamon, cloves, orange peel and allspice. - Hot Spiced Apple Cider: Combine 1 quart of apple cider or fruit juice (orange or cranberry); 1/2 Mulling Spices in a mesh bag, muslin bag or culinary bag; optional: 1 6 inch cinnamon stick. Heat to almost boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
