LOS SONEROS DE VERDAD Musica Cubana ""In Cuba, music is a part of life, the daily bread"". (Wim Wenders) Luis Frank, the lead singer of the ""AFRO CUBAN ALL STARS"", has associated some of his gifted compatriots to a common project. For ""SONEROS DE VERDAD"" he has united cult stars of his own country with representatives of the younger generation. He belonged to the ""ORQUESTRA REVÃ"" as well as to ""COMPAY SEGUNDO Y SUS MUCHACHOS"" and later, he founded his own groupe ""TRADICIONAL HABANA"" with some younger ""Soneros"". For one more time, musicians from the country of Fidel Castro, are charming us with an emotional mixture of Son, Danzón, Jazz and more, and with this music they reproduce very impressively the real feeling of living of their own country. Although, the artists have to master a life of privation, renunciation and poorness, we needn't listen exclusive to melancholy sounds on their CD. Also the joy of life and optimism is recalled on the CD. It contents ardent Latin-Rhythm, passionate love-ballads, as well as jazz-swinging tunes. Last but not least the audience can also enjoy listening to irresistible melodies.
