This bundle includes 9lbs Vienna Malt, 8oz Munich Light Grain, 1lb Munich Medium Grain, 12oz Munich Dark Grain, 8oz CaraRed Grain, 2oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh Pellet Hops, German Ale Yeast, and Brewing Procedures.
- Vienna Malt: Our Oktoberfest Malt included in this beer kit is made using the finest two-row spring barley grown in Western Europe to ensure that your malted drinks have a strong but clean flavor. This kit uses an ale yeast (temp range 57°F to 70°F) that has good tolerance for low fermentation temperatures 54°F that allows this strain to be used in lager-style beer. The flavor is very light and clean with delicate malty aromas and slight toasty notes.
- Advanced All Grain Home Brewing: This home brewing kit is for advanced brewers who have the proper equipment and experience brewing and are looking to follow an easy recipe or to create their own unique homebrew beer recipes. ***Mash Tun is REQUIRED for proper brewing.***
