This drawing book encourages kids to explore their inner world through both pictures and words, helping them to understand themselves and feel better during a difficult time of change.

Whatever you do, you should know that it's really hard for everybody to get used to the changes, no matter what age they are. I've been be a therapist for 40 years, and I've seen lots of kids whose parents were separated or divorces. And I have never met anyone who said it was easy, including grown-ups!
