- Car backup camera's housing is metal,2 in 1 installation option design(surface or flush mount option).Also it is built in 4 multifunctional switching wire loops: cut the white loop for front view, cut the green loop to remove the guidelines, cut the purple and blue wire loop to separately choose AHD and TVI format video signal output.
- Caution: According to our experience, some cheap or old Android stereos have the setting of AHD or TVI format video signal input option, but the truth it does not work, because their hardware inside do not support it. If so, please use the default CVBS video signal output (do not cut the purple or blue wire loop, otherwise you will get a black and white screen).
- This backup car camera flush mount doesn't fit sucked type dash cam, mirror dash cam and cheap carplay device, because these devices with different connectors (without RCA female connentor) or inside PIN definition, even some of them with same size 4 PIN connector. If connect this hitch flush mount backup car camera to a GPS navigator, please separately order one more adapter which with a RCA to 2.5mm connector to complete installation.
- Cut the purple wire loop to choose AHD format video signal output for Dynavin 9 Premium D9 and selected ATOTO stereos (F7 Series, S8 series and A6 KarLink version,can not work on ATOTO A6Y Series Android stereo or SA102 Starter). Useful Wire/Loop Control Design:
Reverse camera WD-012 with 2 small wires/Loops (White and Green color).
*If you need the guide line, please keep the green loop; If no need, just cut it; If you use it as a front view camera, please cut the white loop;
*If you use it as a front view camera without guide line, please cut both white and green wire/loop; If as a side view camera, please rotate the middle housing part of the camera to get a prefer view angle; Look backward, keep the white loop; look forward, cut the white loop.
*Note: this camera is a rear view camera with the guide line/parking line as DEFAULT. *Please power on again after you cut the small loops, then the image should be correct.
Notes:
*This NATIKA backup camera WD-012 is perfect for REAR, FRONT and SIDE view.
* If your head unit with a reverse triggering wire, normally it is a purple/white, blue/white or pink color wire, please find it, and connect it with the extension wire's triggering wire well(small short red wire next to the RCA/AV connectors).
*If the image on the screen is blurry, flickering/flash or has horizontal or vertical strip, please check all your power and video connections. Possibly use a different ground point(iron part) and wrap power and video plugs with electrical tape to insulate from interference. If it still with blurry, flickering/flash or has horizontal or vertical strip, please order a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier to solve it, especially need for Dodge VW AUDI BMW Mercedes Benz brands vehicle.
*Before you routing, if there is no image on the screen, other than check the camera, please check display setting as well. You can use other device with RCA connector, such as TV to check if the camera works.
* If you use wire clamps for connection, please kindly to check if it works
