I have written other books about AKJ-American Kenpo that would help you understand these written techniques. My other books are (Realistic Kenpo Ground Defense) (Kenpo Knowledge, Essays & Articles) (Kenpo Self Defense & 4th & 5th degree Black New Techniques.) This book/manual contains written 6th, 7th and 8th degree black belt techniques. I have placed some pictures of techniques being done. They are all in the front. They are not connected to the written techniques per say, but they show movements you should know to do many of the written techniques. Of course if youâ€™re a Kenpoist or another martial artist, it will be easier to comprehend. By studying them, they will help you with half or most of the written techniques.Keep in mind that the publisher and I are in no why responsible for any injury, if you attempt to physically perform any technique or move, in this book/manual.
