- Use this inspection tag to record details of inspections related to most-frequent workplace safety violation due to falling objects, weak supports, falls or slips. It has columns to write the date and the name of the person who has done the inspection
- Made of durable unrippable vinyl with a hole on the top for connecting the tag through a lock shank, wire, string, or nylon tie wrap
- Safety inspection tags help to warn about safety of usage and update/display information about equipment status, inspection schedule or maintenance activity
- This rectangular unrippable vinyl inspection tag is 3 in. wide, 6 in. high and 0.015 in. thick, made safely in the USA, and comes in a pack of 25 with fasteners to easily attach to scaffolds. The tag has white text on a green base and green text on a white base
- With NMC inspection, LOTO, and safety tags, it's easy to communicate respective hazards and attach to switches, levers, or other points to activate the hazards, and be clearly visible.
