NOVA 9 PIECE #2MT LIVE CENTER SYSTEM FOR WOODLATHE

This precision machined live center features a triple bearing construction for heavy duty use and long life. Hollow center design makes it capable of accepting a 5/16" shell Auger for lamp stand boring. Threaded center has a 5/16" bolt so it can act as an arbor to mount a variety of projects and a miniature reverse cone function to centerless mount miniature round turnings (e.g. lace bobbins) up to 12mm (0.47"). All separate centers that fit into the Nova Live Center have a 2MT taper so they can be directly mounted to 2MT Tailstock spindle. The Nova Live Center System includes a large stepped cone able to handle centerless rounds up to 40mm (over 1-1/2"), a stepped cone that can be reversed to wedge fit hollow sections from 26mm (1") to 32mm (1-1/4"), and a threaded center with a screw that can mount special wooden supports.
