TTL (UART) side:
VCC: DC 3V-5.5V
GND: Connect to GND
TXD: Connect to MCU.RX (Signal Flow: MCU.RX â† SP3232 â† RS232.TX )
RXD: Connect to MCU.TX (Signal Flow: MCU.TX â†’ SP3232 â†’ RS232.RX)
CTS, RTS is not used by default.

RS232 side:
RXD: Connect RS232.TX (Signal Flow: RS232.TX â†’SP3232 â†’ MCU.RX)
TXD: Connect to RS232.RX (Signal Flow: RS232.RX â† SP3232 â† MCU.TX)
GND: Connect to RS232.GND
CTS, RTS is not used by default.
