Do not leave microwave unattended while heating. 4) After heating, massage product briskly to evenly distribute heat and help avoid hot spots. 5) Apply heated mittens to one or both hands for 10-30 minutes. Do not reheat for 1 hour. 6) When mittens begin to cool, massage product to redistribute warmer interior flaxseed, for continued warming relief.
