Alex Demyan is able to capture in images the sensual qualities of the Crescent City: spicy Cajun-Creole soul food; aromatic Southern gardens; blues, gospel, ragtime, zydeco, and jazz music; and sights and sensations of the Mardis Gras parades. Demyan’s style of photography is as eclectic as his subject matter.
