Description
- This Nickel Titanium alloy is a type of shape memory alloy which is a special alloy that can automatically restore its plastic deformation to its original shape at a specific temperature;
- In addition to the unique shape memory function, This shape memory alloy strip also have excellent characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high damping and Hyperelastic material;
- It's expansion / contraction rate over 20% and the fatigue life reaches 10,000,000 times. The damping characteristics are 10 times higher than ordinary metal springs.
- The initial shape of this Nitinol flat strip is straight. If you want to fix the shape you needed for your project. Please keep it at about 530 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Then cool it with water. This parameters just for reference and need to be adjusted according to specific circumstances.
