Description
- This 1000 series nitrogen gas spring measures 8×7×7 cm with an alloy cylinder body. The cylinder diameter is 50.2mm and plunger diameter is 28mm. Initial spring pressure reaches 9200N for mold gas compression applications.
- This nitrogen spring cylinder provides gas compression force for industrial stamping dies and mold tooling. The integral cutting process and alloy material deliver safety advantages over pipe-welded alternatives.
- The piston rod features specialized fine processing resulting in Ra0.02um surface roughness and increased hardness. A C-shaped notch on the upper side and U-shaped notch at the bottom accept M8 screw holes for mounting.
- Install this gas compressed spring by securing the M8 screw holes through both notches. Store the unit in the provided protective box when not in use. Avoid using the plunger rod as a fixing point during installation.
- This micro gas spring fits compact die spaces requiring 9200N initial force. The 8×7×7 cm size suits stamping presses, mold bases, and automated tooling systems where space is limited.
