The Vertical Roaster is ideal for cooking poultry and waterfowl in your BBQ or your oven. The roasting cone radiates heat into the center cavity of the bird. ( This quickly cooks the poultry from the inside, while giving the outside a nice golden brown skin ) Simply fill the base drip pan with broth, beer, wine or basting juices. The liquid is slowly absorbed into the bird during cooking to maximize flavor and juiciness. Add veggies and potatoes around the bottom and you have a delicious meal roasted in one pan.
