- Has a TRI-PLY ENCAPSULATED base that incorporates 2 layers of stainless steel with an aluminum core layer. This solid construction ensures: increased heat conductivity, even heat distribution, increased cooking efficiency , protection from hot spots and burning and reliable durability.
- Includes a vented glass lid and stay cool handle designed for safety, comfort and durability.
