The insert plate size is 11-3/4" X 9-1/4" accommodating most of commercial router tables available in the market
- Crafted from CNC machined 3/8” solid aluminum, the insert plate boasts exceptional flatness. It incorporates 10 set screws for precise leveling adjustments. Additionally, the inclusion of 3 locking cam wheels eliminates any gaps in the router table opening, guaranteeing consistent mounting position during every installation
- With a height adjustability range of 3 inches, this router lift allows you to effortlessly change router bits without the need to remove the router from the carriage, saving you time and effort
- The height adjustment screw has a pitch of 20 teeth per inch, meaning that each revolution adjusts the height by 0.05 inches. The inclusion of a zeroing index ring with a 50-angle scale allows for precise control, enabling adjustments as small as 1/1000 of an inch. Additionally, the height screw locking device prevents any minimal movement caused by router vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting depth throughout your work
