Our Blemish & Oil Control Gel helps to regulate oil production and reduces shine with our new Regu®-Seb technology. It will provide a long lasting smooth and non-greasy matte finish. Encapsulated Tea Tree Oil combines anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory activities, while specialty extracts help to control excess oil. Use daily on oily and acne-prone areas for best results. Oily skin is prone to blackheads, breakouts, and large pores - especially in the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin areas). When sweat glands produce too much oil pores become clogged with a mixture of sebum and dead skin cells. Accumulated sebum contains propionic acid bacteria which is released into the tissue causing an inflammatory reaction. Regu®-Seb Regu®-Seb is a solution containing polyphenol-rich fractions of the fruits of the North American saw palmetto and South American sesame seeds in a Moroccan argan oil base. Its perfectly balanced polyphenol formula, consisting mostly of lignans and phytosterols, helps to inhibit the formation of 5-alpha-reductase, which is responsible for the overproduction of sebum. Regu®-Seb controls and reduces sebum production, especially in the T-zone area of the face. In particular, this active decreases the severity of Seborrheic Dermatitis by up to 46% and normalizes the secretion of sebum. Directions: Apply to the face 1-2x daily prior to application of moisturizer of make-up. Repeated use helps to reduce oiliness, skin problems and fine lines.
