This ruler simplifies the process of Cutting 10 inch layer cake pre-cut fabric into smaller 5 inch charm size pieces. Includes 30, 45 and 60 degree angle lines. Made from a durable premium quality acrylic material and laser cut for a smooth edge that allows for easier deeper Cutting of fabric layers.
