Steeping Instructions - This tea best extracts in water with temperatures of 205°-212° F. Allow the tea to steep for 3-6 minutes for a full, flavorful cup.

The massive crown of the white oak creates a majestic silhouette in the eastern regions of North America. Reaching up to 100 feet high, white oak branches stretch nearly as wide as the tree is tall, giving them a large and grand appearance. Although they are called white oaks, their bark is typically more of a light gray. White oaks have had many uses throughout history: their wood is used in construction and making furniture; their acorns were previously used as a food source; and their bark is used either to create an herbal bath, or brewed into this fine tea. White oak tea offers a smooth and pleasantly earthy taste, which is enjoyable on its own or served with honey or lemon as desired.
