2. What is Tie Guan Yin Tea? Tie Guan Yin or tieguanyin, often translated as Iron Goddess of Mercy or Iron Buddha, and sometimes written Ti Kuan Yin or Ti Kwan Yin, is a variety of Chinese oolong tea.

4、What's the difference between clean aroma and strong aroma? Tieguanyin clean aroma is taken the production process called as Zheng Wei.This process always made in the morning and the oxidation level is lighter (approx. 15%-20%). Tieguanyin strong aroma is taken the production process called as Xiao Qing. This process always made in the afternoon and the oxidation level is higher (approx. 20%-40%). The shown tie guan yin tea is a clean aroma.
5. What is the difference between Tie Guan Yin and Da Hong Pao? Both grown in Fujian province, Tieguanyin is a Minnan (South Fujian) oolong tea, dried tea leaves curly and tightly rolled, while Dahongpao is a Minbei (North Fujian) Oolong Tea, dried tea leaves with stripe form. Tieguanyin tea has a lightly fermentation degree (15%-40%) more towards to green tea, while dahongpao tea has a heavily fermentation degree (30%-60%) and with charcoal roasted process.
