- NOTE: The hose may need to have air removed or be "burped." Open the hose end and attach your water source at the one end. Run water through the hose until it starts running out of the open end, then close that end up at that point.

This will slowly water your plants at the root zone where they need it most, with no run off or evaporation. Hoses can be used above or below the ground.
