The Grease Slide is made of stainless steel and is slightly flexible to allow it to fit on the grease trough and allow you to customize the flow off the end of the slide. Simply use your hands or pliers to bend the slide around the end of the grease trough.
Installation instructions:
For 36 inch Griddle:
1.Flex the Grease Slide open
2.Slide it on past the weld spot underneath the grease trough
3.Squeeze it tight
