The P328 28-Inch Plug-End Extension Spring is a Holmes spring replacement for heavier one-piece garage doors as well as for toy haulers using lift springs. Replace all springs at the same time for balanced door lift and even wear. A c-hook is required for a single spring installation while a w-hook is required for a double spring installation - available separately. PROUDLY MANUFACTURED IN THE USA.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

• Two springs (one on each side) will lift a 125 - 250 lb. door
• Safety containment rod to prevent spring from coming loose
• Minimum 1 in. low headroom required
• Length over coils = 28 in.
• Outside diameter = 2 in.
• Wire diameter gauge = (0.244) #3
• Initial tension = 165-185 lbs.
• Maximum allowable stretch = 18.5 in.
