Description
- PACKING LIST: 12 packs of drill bits in #24(3.861mm/0.152") cutting diameter, 47mm/1.85 inch flute length, 76mm/2.99 inch overall length, 135° split point tip.
- FEATURE: Drill bits made of M2 high-speed steel feature high hardness and wear resistance, making them suitable for machining harder metal materials. Additionally, a Gold Finish enhances the drill bit's wear and corrosion resistance, further extending the drill bit's lifespan.
- APPLICATION: M2 high-speed steel material has good wear resistance and heat resistance, suitable for general strength drilling processing. It is particularly suited for processing medium to high-hardness materials, including stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and copper, as well as plastics and wood.
- NOTE: Position the twist drill at 90° to the workpiece. For thick materials, drill in multiple passes to prevent overheating or breakage. For large holes, start with a guide hole. Use cutting fluid to improve efficiency, extend tool life, and reduce material damage.
- INSTRUCTION: When machining different materials, the spindle speed and feed rate vary. Generally, the harder the material, the lower the spindle speed and feed rate should be.
