Description
- THREE REGULATED RAILS, ONE MODULE: Power Pal simultaneously delivers 12V at 10A, 5V at 5A, and 3.3V at 5A from a single board, so motors, servos, single board computers, sensors, and logic all run from one high voltage source with no converter stacking and no custom power tree.
- WIDE 14.5-52V INPUT RANGE: Connects directly to 5S-12S LiPo and Li-ion or 6S-14S LiFePO4 battery packs, plus 24V, 36V, and 48V power systems. Integrated undervoltage lockout ensures clean, stable startup and shutdown with no brownout glitches. For battery powered systems, pair with a BMS or low voltage cutoff.
- 160W CONTINUOUS, 250W PEAK: A two stage synchronous buck architecture reaches up to 94.5% efficiency with output ripple under 50mVpp. Plug any 12V fan into the onboard header to unlock 250W of active cooled output when your application demands it.
- PROTECTION THAT SURVIVES MISTAKES: Ideal diode reverse polarity protection, TVS surge suppression on input and every output, per rail overcurrent limiting, overtemperature shutdown, and a sequenced 80ms soft start mean wiring errors and load faults will not take your system down.
- ENGINEERED, DOCUMENTED, SUPPORTED: External enable input and power good status output with LED for system sequencing and fault monitoring, per rail trim adjustment, a complete datasheet with measured thermal, efficiency, and oscilloscope test data, plus a downloadable 3D STEP file. Designed and individually QC tested in Canada, with direct support.
