- MOUNTING AND INSTALLATION SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Always inspect the grinding wheel before use. Look for visible cracks, chips, or other signs of damage. POWERTEC White Aluminum Oxide Grinding Wheels are made of white aluminum Oxide in a premium vitrified bond. They are designed to fit most of stationary bench grinders and the grains of abrasive to wear off, thus providing a consistently fresh grinding surface.
