POWERTEC 70147 4-Inch OD to 2-1/4-Inch OD Hose Reducer Adapter for Dust Collection Systems
- INCLUDES: 4 inch to 2.25 inch Dust Collection Hose Reducer
- FUNCTION 1: Allows you to step-down from a 4” dust hose to a 2.25 inch ID outlet, generating a significant increase of air flow and velocity while eliminating clogs from your dust collector machine
- FUNCTION 2: The smaller end also fits into most standard 2-1/4 inch ID tool ports – perfect for table saws, bandsaws, sanders, router tables, jointers, planers and portable tools with dust ports. Please note: 2-1/4” OD end will fit the 2-1/4” ID port on most Shop Vacuums.
- BUILD: Featuring a non-threaded, all-black ABS plastic construction, this reducer was designed for durability and made to withstand the wear and tear often associated with woodworking dust extraction
- SPECIFICATIONS: For a perfect fit, the nominal 2-1/4” outer diameter is actually 2.26” and the nominal 4” outer diameter is 3.965”
The POWERTEC Taper Reducer allows you to reduce from a 4-Inch to a 2-1/4-Inch hose, greatly increasing the air velocity of the machine. Its innovative, tapered end allows for an easy and secure press-on fit. Helps keep environment clean and dust free.
