This Air-operated grease pump delivers grease at a 50: 1 ratio to air. Built to withstand heavy industrial use, this pump is perfect for factory, workshop, farm, or construction work, as well as with the mobile grease system. The working pressure is between 30 to 150 psi, with a maximum Outlet pressure of 7500 psi. Pump fits 25-50 lb./5 gal/20-30 kg pails, and has a drum cover diameter of 12". the follower plate dimensions are 9.5 inch on the OD steel end, 11-11/32 inch on the OD plate, and 1.16 inch on the ID grommet. The air Inlet and pump Outlet connections are both 1/4 inch BSP (F)/1/4" NPT (F). the pump consumes about 230 lt of air per minute, and can output NLGI no. 2 grease at 1.10 kg (2.42 lbs.) per minute. 81Db noise level. Use with light ADN self-collapsing grease up to NLGI no. 2.
