Twist the top of the spiralizer counter-clockwise to separate the blades and the top pusher from the base. You can choose to spiralize directly
into the bottom cup, or remove the base cover to spiralize freely into a bowl or dish. Choose either the julienne blade, to create strands, or
the flat blade to create ribbons. Place the blade on top of the base cup, twisting clockwise to lock into place. Slice the ends from your cho-
sen vegetable and press onto the center pin of the blade. Hold the food item securely while twisting clockwise to create strands or ribbons.
Keep fingers safely away from the sharp blades by using the provided food pusher to spiralize the end of your food item.
