-5'2" feet tall or less = YOU NEED A 16" BLOCK. Large Foam 18" Block, turn it to the 14" side and add to the purchase the 2" Inch Foam Riser.
-5'2" - 5'8" feet tall = YOU NEED A 18" BLOCK. This Large Foam Block is the correct and exact size.
-5'8" - 6'0" feet tall = YOU NEED A 20" BLOCK. Large Foam 18" Block and a 2" Inch Foam Riser.
-6'0" - 6'2" feet tall = YOU NEED A 22" BLOCK. Large 18" Foam Block and a 4" inch Foam Riser.
-6'2" - 6'4" feet tall = YOU NEED A 24" BLOCK. Large 18" Foam Block, a 4" inch Foam Riser and a 2" Inch Foam Riser.

MATERIAL: Waterproof Polyester 420 denier with PVC coating, easy to clean with a cloth and soapy water.
The foam is ILD of 80 density polyurethane, long-lasting and stable to sit on.
