How to DIY paper flower:
1.For the flat ship,you will have a long strip of tissue paper.Don't worry,it is so easy.
2.Take the ribbon off and re-tie it in the middle of the paper. Unfold the party ball, fanning out the tissue paper. Ensure the ribbon is centered along the length of paper.
3.After the thread is fixed, Pull on each point of paper at one end of tissue to make them stand up, fluffing each point to the centre of the ball. When all points have been fluffed, this should form half a sphere.
4.Carefully pull the layers of tissue paper apart one by one. The strips of tissue paper are joined together in the finished paper flower.
5.Gently adjust the Pom-pom to make it looks full.
