★Maintenance★
1. The birds beak paring knife shall be immediately washed and wiped dry after usage. They may rust if stains with saline or acidic materials are not removed or they are placed in humid conditions for a long time.
2. The knives shall be placed at a ventilative and dry place far from water or gas cookers to prevent rusting. Being exposed to carbon monoxide, stainless steel will generate yellow spots.
3. It is prohibited to use a dish-washing machine to wash the knives, and manual washing is suggested to prevent the blades.

★Instructions★
1. It is prohibited to touch the blade to test its sharpness;
2. Such knives shall be washed immediately after usage, and tomato juice or corrosive juice (saline) shall be removed from such knives promptly;
3. When wiping such knives with a cloth, the knife edge shall face outward to prevent accidents;
4. It is prohibited to use any knife other than a bone chopper to chop bones or cut tough foods (e.g. dry medicines, frozen foods), or the knife will be seriously damaged;
5. It is prohibited to pat foods with any knife face for incorrect operations will damage such knives;
6. Different knives shall be used for cutting or processing different foods to ensure correct using efficiency.
