Pasta Drying Rack 10" Linear Model

Handmade hardwood pasta drying rack, holds up to 11 sq feet of pasta. That's the amount of a you can make using 8 eggs and about 5 cups of flour and rolling to thickness 5 on the Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller. The parts may be made of poplar, maple or birch. The wood is unfinished. You may wash the pieces before and using with a damp cloth, but do not immerse the pieces as swelling of the unfinished wood may occur. Assembly is easy. There are two feet and two columns that press fit together and a beam that connects them. Putting in 12 arms that extend out 6" completes the structure. When your pasta is finished drying, disassemble and knock off any flour that may have accumulated on the surfaces. Place the pieces back into the shipping container and store until your next use. The finished size is 10 wide by 11 " tall and 13" from front to back. The 6 1/2" extension of the dowel arms is perfect for the typical hand cranked pasta rolling machine or the Kitchen Aid pasta roller/cutter. Of course you can use the rack for pasta rolled with a pin. Returns are accepted for any reason for 90 days. Replacement for broken returned parts is no charge for 1 year for normal wear and tear.
