• When using a router table to create that perfect profile you want, it is imperative that the router table fence not only be precise but versatile. This fence system checks both of those boxes and a whole lot more! Starting with its solid aluminum extruded L backer fence that fits most router tables, to the ingenious but simple offset shim system, this fence is perfect for all woodworkers!
• Taking only minutes to assemble, you’ll be off and running in no time with this fence system. The 32” fence is perfect for most router table tops and mounts using two quarter inch hex head bolts that fit into mini or ¼” track. The bolts are secured using easy grip post knobs that are easy to access without uncomfortably bending your wrist unlike standard post knobs found on basic router table fence systems.
• The two fence mounting slots are 20-1/2” apart on center and each slot measures 2-5/16” long by ¼” in width which means this fence setup will work on most smaller and larger router tables without any modification. The L fence is made from extruded aluminum and has a front facing mini track that accepts ¼” hex head bolts. It also has a mini top track that also accepts ¼” hex head bolts for a multitude of accessories like flip stops (not included).
• The adjustable MDF fence boards are mounted to the fence using hex head bolts and can be adjusted side to side to accept router bits up to 3-1/2” in diameter. The MDF fence boards can also be shimmed outward to accommodate for snipe or offset on certain projects. To do this simply loosen the MDF fence board and slide one of the aluminum shim bars behind the board into the appropriate slot to push the MDF fence outward just the right amount.
• Included with the 32” deluxe router table fence is and MDF adjustable stop block for repetitive cuts, a transparent safety orange guard for keeping your fingers away from the cutters and a safety orange featherboard to help prevent kickback when feeding your stock though. Also included is a sticky back measuring tape for quick accurate measurements.
