Please note: If you place a logo custom order but don't send us a logo file, we will contact you via Amazon's mail system. If we still don't receive a response after 3 days, we will send you a folder with no logo engraving.
  • Please keep in touch with us if you want a logo engraving portfolio in case your logo is not clear enough. Usually, if your logo is not clear enough, we will email you through the amazon mail system within 12-24 hours after your order is official . If we do not get any reply within the following 3 days, then we will believe you do not want to change the logo
