The Pitsco 38338 TETRIX Heavy-Duty Aluminum Channel Kit includes aircraft-grade aluminum channel pieces in five different lengths to be used as a robot's structural base for students in grades 9-12 building TETRIX robotics projects. The channels are made of 2mm thick aluminum for durability. Aluminum resists corrosion and tarnishing, and is lightweight. The kit includes 32mm x 32mm channels in 32mm, 96mm, 160mm, 288mm, and 416mm lengths to accommodate a variety of designs. The hole pattern on these structural pieces enables students to connect pieces together at angles, as well as horizontally and vertically.
