Baking stones are perfect for pizza, bread, pastries or any other baked goods, eliminating hot spots while cooking, & produce uniformly browned crust. Baking stones are also convenient for heating & re-heating ready-made Frozen pizza & baked goods. Try using for calzones, mini -pies, empanadas, quesadillas or any party appetizer. Stone requires no seasoning or conditioning.

DIRECTIONS: For best results, place stones (not Domes) in middle of cold grill & preheat to 500_ F (260_ C) for 30 Min. When it is time to bake, adjust your grill for indirect heat so that flame is not directly underneath the stones. Dust stones with cornmeal before use; if baking a prepared food item, bake as directed by manufacturer on packaging. For fresh pizza, a flat metal spatula or a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal works well for transferring food to the stones. Place Domes over stones to intensify the heat & smoky flavor if using wood smoke in grill. Grill or bake until crust is crisp & toppings are golden & bubbly.

CARE: There is no need to soak the stones in water before use. To clean, scrape off any excess food with a spatula. When the stones have cooled, run them under hot water while scrubbing with a brush. Do not use soap on the stones as it may leave a soapy aftertaste. The natural properties of the baking stones will cause them to darken & spot with Age - do not attempt to remove this discoloration. Air-dry the stones & store inside the oven. Domes are dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Dry well after washing.

CAUTION: Stones & dome will get hot. Use oven mitt or glove when handling.
