Directions for Use
1. You can wear the night splint barefoot or wear your sock on for more comfy.
2. You should start wearing it for a short time (e.g.20-30 minutes) to adapt it and slowly extend the time until you get used to it.
3. Aluminum bar is flexible and adustable. For beginers, please start at 90 degrees, then you can adjust it to a smaller angle if you need more stretches.
4. Massage with the spiky ball or pre-exercise stretches with the strap before using the splint to achieve better results.
