Plasma Stencil - Square Cutter Guide - 5 pc. Kit - .430"

Use the chart in the pictures to find your plasma cutter and drag shield diameter.
The stencils are offset to cut the indicated size from the center of the plasma arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly.
1/4", 3/8", 1/2" sizes are under sized by .060" to make a tight fitting hole for carriage bolts to be held in place.
5 pc. kit includes 10 hole sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2",5/8", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2". The outside acts as bonus sizes, add 2" for 380/430 sizes add 21/4" for 580 size.
Made in USA. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" cold rolled steel.

The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect square. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: squares range from Â¼"-2". Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside edges act as bonus square cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 11ga. cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.
