If this Keeney product, when used for its intended purpose, fails due to defects in materials or workmanship over a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation, return the item to The Keeney Manufacturing Company (at your expense) where, at our option, we will exchange or recondition the item free of charge. The Keeney Manufacturing Company shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages or other costs resulting from labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, fouling caused by foreign material, damage from poor water conditions, chemicals, or any other circumstances over which The Keeney Manufacturing Company has no control. This warranty shall be invalidated by any abuse, misuse, misapplication or improper installation of the product.
