Robust and Flexible Hollow Rod made from high-quality polyurethane (PU), providing excellent shock absorption and long-lasting performance.
Polyurethane is a strongly polar polymer compound with low affinity for non-polar mineral oils, and is largely resistant to heating oil and machine oil. The semi-transparent design allows for easy inspection while ensuring a clean, professional appearance.
Compared to rubber, polyurethane offers significantly higher tensile strength, tear resistance and load-bearing capacity. At high hardness levels, impact resistance and bending strength are considerably higher than those of conventional plastics.
Excellent Vibration and Shock Damping – effectively absorbs vibrations and is suitable for vibration isolation and buffering. In mould making, it can replace rubber and springs. Ideal for DIY projects, machinery damping, automotive parts, protective covers, as well as custom industrial solutions.
Wide Range of Applications in metallurgy, mining, petroleum industry, automotive sector, construction materials industry, sports equipment, heavy machinery and large stamping facilities.
