Because they are packaged in an oxygen-depleted vacuum bag, these famous little potato and wheat flour dumplings do not require refrigeration. Made in Italy, now you can finally experience what true Italian Gnocchi tastes like. Lightly seasoned and salted, they have a wonderful flavor and texture.
